3.1 One Person — One Account

Each person may hold only one account on 11vet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If suspicious duplicate accounts are detected from family members, the same device, or the same IP address, all associated accounts may be investigated and suspended.

3.2 Accurate Information

The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If any information changes, update it via account settings or by contacting support. Using false or stolen identity details may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing your password, leaving yourself logged in on a public device, or allowing others to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify 11vet support.

All deposits and withdrawals on 11vet must be made through approved methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer). The payment method must be registered in your own name.

Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to another person's name are not permitted. Suspicious transactions will be investigated under our anti-money laundering policy. 11vet may request additional documentation and place payments on hold as needed.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus or promotional balance. If the requirements are not fulfilled, the withdrawal may be declined or restricted.

5.1 Odds & Results

5.2 Game Fairness

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information

• Attempting to breach the platform's code, API, or security systems
• Using content in violation of copyright or trademark rights
• Use of Service by Underage Users or from Restricted Regions

Where there is reasonable suspicion, 11vet may temporarily restrict login, betting, or withdrawals while an account is under investigation. The matter will be resolved in accordance with the rules once the investigation is complete.
